John is an eleven-year veteran of the United States Navy and the United States Army Reserve where he served as an Aviation Electronics Technician and Flight Communications Operator in the Navy and as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical NCO in the Army Reserve until he was retired due to injuries sustained while a police officer.

John is a retired Philadelphia Police Officer who served in the city’s high-crime patrol districts. There, he was detailed to the plainclothes Burglary Unit and numerous protective details for visiting dignitaries, politicians, and other VIPs. After he was injured in the Line of Duty, he was transferred to the Philadelphia Police Academy, where he became a Pennsylvania State Municipal Police Instructor teaching 35 subjects to recruit classes, in-service officer training, and special instructions.

John earned Commendations for Heroism, Merit, the Chapel of Four Chaplin’s Legion of Honor Award, and was a Police Expert Marksman.

After a permanent/partial disability retirement from the police department, John started a Private Detective Agency where he provided uniformed, undercover, armed, and unarmed security services. Some of his more notable clients were NFL Teams, Johnson and Johnson New Product Rollout; the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Convention; the 2000 Republican National Convention, and Anti-Terrorism Security for regional chemical manufacturing companies and off-site storage facilities.

John was, also, an Executive Protection Specialist, personally responsible for the security, safety, and transportation of VIPs such as Michael Jackson, Brittany Spears, Andy Card, Jenna, and Barbara Bush.
